Esperienza fantastica: Very good place to workout. You know you're in an "old school" Crossfit box when you see a picture of Rich Froning on the wall. The workouts are very well programmed, and the coach is excellent guiding you through them. So if you live nearby, or if like me you are on vacation doing a few drop-ins, you must give it a try. You won't regret it.

Esperienza fantastica: Was in siracusa for work and dropped in for open gym and class a few times. I speak Italian and English so no language barrier for me but the owner speaks English if that is a concern for anyone! The gym’s hours are a little odd so I just dropped by to ask when they were open for open gym and classes. The place is huge which is awesome because you can stay out of the way if you are doing open gym and a class is going on. The coach / owner is very knowledgeable especially with Olympic lifts (I think he is a former lifter. Some boxes are really strict on their open box times so I appreciated that I could do open gym and wasn’t kicked out after an hour. Also, they had the nicest ghd machine I have ever seen/used! Definitely would go back!
