Esperienza fantastica: Was easy to contact. Had a great time. Coaching was excellent. We had a coach for four days that was amazing. The male Coach on the last day was ok. Our experience was exceptional due to the coach we had the first four days.

Esperienza fantastica: Dropped while visiting Rome. Really cool box, Kevin and his partner were fantastic coaches, engaging the whole class, and making an effort speaking english and italian so everyone was in the same page. Great coaching by both, would definitely return when visiting again! ✌️

Esperienza fantastica: I dropped in here for 3 weeks while visiting Rome and man, I’m so glad I did. Truly an awesome gym, with amazing members and A+ coaches. If you’re looking for an awesome community & place to do fitness, this is it.

Esperienza fantastica: Great gym, knowledgeable coaches. The coach spoke Italian and English which made me feel welcome. Facilities are really nice too, great locker room with spacious clean showers. Will be back!

Esperienza fantastica: Mi sono allenata per un periodo presso qst struttura e mi sono trovata benissimo. Davvero professionali , io non avevo mai fatto crossFit e ho gradito molto la spiegazione di ogni singolo esercizio per una giusta tecnica . Sinceramente lo consiglio a tutti , c è il clima giusto di serenità e di giusto lavoro. Arianna e Kevin sono entrati nel mio cuore . Mi sono sentita a casa ,mi hanno stimolato in ogni mio passo . Sicuramente prima o poi tornerò ad allenarmi e sceglierò di nuovo voi.

Esperienza fantastica: My wife and I dropped in on our last day in Rome. The coaches and owner are very friendly and they made the effort to explain the warmup and workouts in English when it wasn’t necessary. 5/5 would recommend for anyone looking for a drop in place when visiting Rome. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Esperienza fantastica: As drop-in guests we felt highly welcome in this well established and well equipped box. Workouts were challenging (as desired :-) and led by experienced and encouraging coaches. Each of us had fun and learnt something new.

Esperienza fantastica: The always great welcoming into the CrossFit community. After a week on a cheese and wine diet i wasn't giving swedes a good impression...but extremely warm welcome from the coach and the members.

Esperienza fantastica: Really enjoyed spending a summer “dropping in” here. Coaches are thoughtful and treated me like a regular which you don’t always get for a short term member. Yes like everything in Rome it is in Italian but they’ll explain in clear English too if needed. All of the workouts are in “crossfit English” so if your somewhat experienced you’ll do fine. Members are friendly and encouraging. I wish the business the best and hope to be back soon.

Esperienza fantastica: One of the best gyms in Rome! Fantastic instructors, very ex-pat friendly and to boot it’s a woman owned business! The difficult part about any box is catering to people of varying fitness levels—these guys do an excellent job. Also their instructors are hilarious if you understand italian .

Esperienza fantastica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Super box au centre ville de Rome, spacieux, propre et super bien équipé avec possibilité de faire un drop in. Les instructeurs sont tous des pros, les WOD sont bien structurés. Ambiance amicale. La première leçon de test est gratuite donc n'hésitez pas, vous n'allez pas le regretter.

Esperienza fantastica: Excellent box! They have lots of classes and welcoming to open gym time. If any crossfitters or Starting Strength in Roma this is your spot. Arianna and Kevin are fantastic.

Esperienza fantastica: CF Trastevere is a great place to improve your fitness. The staff are knowledgeable and the program is just the right intensity. If you're interested in getting faster and stronger, being more flexible, and just feeling better everyday, this is a great place to start!
