Esperienza fantastica: While vacationing in Rome I was able to drop in twice. Once for a CrossFit class and the other for open gym. Both times the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I’m ever back in Rome I plan on going back. Great CrossFit gym! Also, if you plan on taking public, the bus drops you off around the corner. I was able to get there fairly quick from our stay.

Esperienza fantastica: Wonderful time dropping in multiple times at this CF box with my son. We did Open Gym several times together and had a blast. Top notch equipment with rowers, bikes, DBs, barbells, rig, etc… and facilities including showers, bathrooms, lockers. Plenty of space to spread out and the class wods were both challenging and interesting. Coaching staff very friendly and welcoming and prices for drop in got cheaper the more we dropped in. Highly recommend using this gym to train or get your wod on while traveling in Rome!

Esperienza fantastica: I highly recommend this box to any traveling CrossFitters or Weightlifters. I've dropped in at this box both times I've visited Rome (2022 and 2023), both for open gym and for CrossFit classes. The staff and members are very welcoming and friendly, the coaches know their stuff and clearly practice CrossFit themselves, the equipment is good, and the facility is clean.

Esperienza fantastica: My husband and I live in Canada and dropped in at CrossFit Prati during our stay in Rome. The coach was amazing, and the workout was very well crafted. Our coach is very into Italian Disney songs which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. She was very kind and went through the WOD in English to accommodate us. Highly recommend this box if you’re in town for a few days!

Esperienza fantastica: I visited the “CrossFit Prati” several times during my business trip to Rome and was excited. Communication with the staff was very fast, and I’ve got a discount for my short-term training. It’s a great box with amazing trainers who are passionate about their work. WODs are well thought and never boring. We had always a perfect choice of music track during our training. The box has a new equipment and is very clean. Coaches Sophie and Gianluca are real professionals and great motivators. The correct performing of exercises is one of their main priorities. It was fun to train with a dynamic international community. Thank you, guys, I’ll definitely be back.

Esperienza fantastica: I am a student studying abroad in Rome for the Spring semester. I found this gym by chance but I could not be more grateful. The prices are extremely reasonable for the area considering my specific membership only includes the open gym timeframes. I don't have direct lessons with the trainers; however, I was welcomed and accepted by the whole staff from the first day I walked in! The gym is always very clean, safe, and dancing with positive energy. Any equipment a crossfit athlete could ask for is most likely available and in phenomenal condition. From what I have seen, classes are instructional for beginner athletes learning the proper technique yet competitive across the board. Everyone leaves with a soaked shirt and a smile. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff. As a foreign exchange student learning how to live in a new country, they have been incredibly welcoming and kind. They are more than willing to answer any technical questions I may have and offer their advice for workouts or cultural adaptation. I would suggest this gym to anyone looking for a community that will push you physically and welcome you to the italian culture with open arms.

Esperienza fantastica: I had such a great experience dropping in at CrossFit Prati! My husband and I were on our honeymoon in Rome during the CrossFit open, and the owner was happy to let me do 23.3 here. The space is well equipped and super unique, and the people are very kind. Highly recommend!

Esperienza fantastica: Great gym, good environment. Accomodate for people who don’t speak Italian well. It’s also a one of a kind layout, a hole in the wall, below the road surface under brick arches. Would reckon for a drop in if you are in Rome.

Esperienza fantastica: Stopped here to do the open when travelling, such a lovely gym. Our coach (Luca?) helped set everything up and judged. They’re very hospitable and the gym itself is really nice. Very clean, great equipment and lovely space. Definitely recommend dropping in!

Esperienza fantastica: Had two drop-ins. Although the team is speaking English on a basic level they really created an open, warm and inclusive enviromnent for me as a foreigner. The community is very helpful, open and fun to train with and the coaches are very competent as well as lighthearted and funny. Will train there again! :)

Esperienza fantastica: I was visiting Rome from the States and send them a message to do a class. They responded very quickly and had a great class. Staff was friendly and the price for the drop in Class was okay. Clean facility and very interesting since it looks very different than the average crossfit ware house in the US. If you have the time and want to do a class, this place is a great option. I even bought a shirt!
