Esperienza fantastica: Like this old boutique hotel, which is quite strategically located, 3 minutes walk away from Pagano metro station. Their staff are friendly too, especially Micky at front desk and Tyrone at the breakfast area.

Esperienza positiva: Nice and clean old hotel. Prefer this older concept than the new contemporary hotel. Staff, especially Micky whom is fluent in Chinese, is very friendly and good.

Procuramos pelo booking algum hotel próximo com quarto disponível e, por sorte, nos deparamos com o Hotel Capitol. Nosso quarto era maravilhoso! Cama confortável, banheira… ótimo! Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários, que eram muito atenciosos. Altamente recomendado. :)

A short stay for two nights as I looked to explore Milan, the location proved really great and everything accessible. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Milan.

Esperienza fantastica: I love this little gem of a hotel. It’s old school in a good way. Small and intimate. Jacob in the kitchen is wonderful. Food is awesome. Great breakfast and dinner is worth staying in for! Home made food! The rooms are all ‘80s but comfy. Great towels and toiletries. Bed comfy and rooms are quiet. The hotel gives off classic vibes but is my favourite hotel for the friendly and unpretentious atmosphere !

В самом отеле холодно, номера небольште, укомплектованы неплохо, но воды бесплатной нет. Утюг не предоставляют из соображений противоположной безопасности, могут погладить сами, но за деньги. Завтраки однообразные, неплохие, но с очень ограниченным выбором.

Esperienza positiva: Hotel un poi datato ma confortevole. Un po' di rumore se hai la camera verso la strada.... Milano comincia presto la mattina con i tram. Colazione buona e servizio altrettanto. Consiglio al personale alla reception, non mettete le spunte voi sulla firma per il trattamento dei dati! Posizione molto comoda sia per i trasporti sia per cenare la sera.

Esperienza fantastica: We stayed at the Hotel Capitol Milano for a weekend city break and chose it because we didn't want to be too central and we also didn't want to overpay for somewhere that we'd barely see because we'd be out every day and night. Turns out we chose perfectly because not only is Hotel Capitol Milano a stone's throw from a Metro stop it's also fairly walkable if you like to see the sights by foot from your hotel into the city centre. What's more, every single member of staff we spoke to at the hotel was LOVELY and super helpful with every request. At one point, my wife lost a long held cuddly teddy bear and the team at the hotel not only took the matter extremely seriously but also found the bear within 10mins. Seriously it made our whole trip seeing how much they genuinely cared. In short, the rooms are ok (the bathtub has a jacuzzi in it!) but the location (right above a decent supermarket too, in case you want to fill your minibar with meats and cheeses) and people working there make it.

Esperienza fantastica: ottimo Hotel che si affaccia sulla meravigliosa c.so Vercelli. Ci veniamo diverse volte all'anno per trascorrere i weekend a Mi e torniamo a casa sempre soddisfatti. Ottime camere, pulizia impeccabile e pet friendly. Ci torneremo presto!

Esperienza fantastica: Very charming hotel in an excellent central location. All attractions within 20-30min walking distance and necessary amenities around the corner. Good beds, clean, very friendly and helping staff.

Esperienza negativa: I stayed at Capital Milano for three nights, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The air conditioning was ineffective, leaving us sweltering throughout our stay. To make matters worse, they charged us a staggering 2.5 euros for each water bottle in the room, a price that was exorbitantly higher than the nearby shop's 48-cent offer for the same bottle. The breakfast was disappointingly simple, failing to deliver on the promised fresh orange juice. The hotel's equipment was noticeably outdated and some were even non-functional, including the jacuzzi bath tub and bedside lamps. On top of that, the room service neglected to clean our room on the first day, and the towels provided were stained with red lipstick or some other substance. The accumulation of used soaps in front of the bathroom window was off-putting. To add to the list of disappointments, the hot water was discolored and filled with dirt when I attempted to fill the tub. The most puzzling aspect was the absence of other customers during our entire three-night stay. It leads me to question if the booking search engine had misled us into choosing this poorly maintained and virtually empty hotel.

Esperienza positiva: Hotel molto curato e con camere pulite e abbastanza nuove. Colazione internazionale abbondante con un espresso non dei migliori. Posizione abbastanza comoda anche se non è dotato di parcheggio. Assolutamente negativa l'assenza di aria condizionata nella hall della reception così come nella sala delle colazioni: tutto questo al 23 di luglio, picco temperature!! Comunque tornerò perché valido.

Esperienza fantastica: Hotel Capitol was a nice find in Milan - I came here twice for business trips and it is a comfortable place to stay. The hotel is a bit old style but makes you feel at home. Vintage atmosphere.

Esperienza fantastica: A nice hotel with very comfy bed. Slept like a baby. Room is on the small side. But for me only spending time for sleep it is ok. Small gym ( looks bigger on pics due to mirror wall) but with the essensials equipment. Very good location, close to metro and resturants. Not enough power sockets to charge your gear.

Esperienza positiva: Der Garderobenschrank war viel zu eng und die Garderobenstange nicht ausziehbar. Ebenso störend waren die Schwelle zum Bad und der ständig blickende Rauchmelder über dem Bett. Die Matratze einseitig durchgelegen, so dass ein erholsamer Schlaf nicht zustande kam. Da nutzt es dann auch wenig am Morgen deutschsprachiges Frühstücksfernsehen zur Verfügung zu haben. Apropos Frühstück das eher bescheidene 08/15 Frühstücksbuffet ist die aufgerufenen 15€ definitiv nicht wert. Daher habe ich nach dem einmaligen Testen andere Frühstücksangebote gefunden, die ein besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis boten. Zum Fitnessbereich kann ich nichts sagen, da ich dafür keine Zeit hatte. Die 3* Sterne Alternative in der Nachbarschaft würde ich beim nächsten Mal vorziehen. Aus meiner Sicht verdient das Hotel keine 4*! Auch dass das Zimmer im 8. OG lag, fand ich nicht gut. Aus einem Sicherheitstraining weiß ich doch, dass oberhalb des 7. Stock im Notfall nicht mehr evakuiert werden kann.

Esperienza positiva: מיקום דיי נוח, לא בשיא המרכז אבל כמה דק מהמטרו ותחבורה נוחה (נסיעה קצרה במטרו לדואומו או למבצר לדוגמא), יש באזור גם מסעדות טובות. חדר קטן למדיי, הייתי בחדר לבד - מיטה יחידה, במקלחת המקום למגבות די צפוף. המקלחת עצמה מפנקת בפנים. נקי ונעים. ארוחת בוקר טובה

Esperienza negativa: Purtroppo dalle 6.30 del mattino non ho più dormito perché la finestra della mia stanza al secondo piano affacciava su una rampa da cui venivano spostati ripetutamente dei carrelli, credo con della biancheria. Il rumore non mi ha fatto più dormire.

Esperienza fantastica: Ho scelto questo albergo perché la zona è vivace, elegante e sicura. Molto vicino alla metropolitana. Lo consiglio a chi vuole visitare Milano o a chi viene in città per lavoro. Personale molto cortese, servizi e pulizia all' altezza di un 4 stelle.

Esperienza negativa: Fate controllare la velocità e i sensori della porta d’ingresso circolare, prima che si faccia male qualcun’altro!! I sensori non fanno rallentare il movimento con un ostacolo e questo rischia di fare male a persone o animali.

Esperienza fantastica: I'm very happy for being in this amazing hotel! All staff are extremely kind and helpful, thank you so much for this!!! (I needed to get help from doctor and stuff of this hotel hepled me to find it very fast!! For me it was was really difficult taking into account that I do not speak Italian so their help was invaluable). My room was very clean, breakfast which is provided for additional fee is very good, you can choose whatever you want. Very tasty and cheap for Milan. So thank you a lot for this also, I was really enjoying it.

Esperienza negativa: Avoid! There is no way it’s a 4 star hotel! No way! Rooms are way too hot. The thermostat is a joke and doesn’t do anything. Other people in my group has the same complaint and they claim to send somebody to “fix it”. Cracks in walls and ceiling. The room phone has one side on shade of yellow and the other side a darker color of yellow. Yuck! Very old hotel. Needs a major MAJOR renovation. It might be looked good in the late 80’s, but not anymore. Shower reminds me of a cruise shower. Far too small and uncomfortable I wouldn’t stay here again and all and would encourage you not to either.

Esperienza fantastica: It’s a nice boutique hotel that I found cozy and relaxing. Location is a bit far of the center but not bad. The rooms are clean, and well equipted. The bathroom has everything that you need. Even a bidet. Even if the style of of the hotel is oldish/retro and I particularly don’t like it, I rate it as a good place to stay in Milan. I loved the bed, the pillows and sheets. Very comfortable. I also loved that you could open windows wide open and enjoy fresh air. Breakfast was rather poor but the food was well cooked and tasty. There were no vegetables at but I find this common place for Italy. Just potatos and cooked tomatos. The staff is kind and effective. We enjoyed our stay we would come back if we had the chance.

Esperienza positiva: The hotel is well located, close to both the city centre and the Mico congress center (at walking distance), in a safe environment. Dinner opportunities are present just outdoor. The breakfast buffet is of good quality and quantity. All convenience (bed, shower, various TV channels) is present in the room. Always friendly contact with people working in this hotel. Looking forward coming back again.

Esperienza negativa: Apart from the customer service at the front desk nothing is good about this hotel. Rooms are very small and even in April, the rooms are extremely hot. Even after complaining no one looked at the air conditioner. Breakfast has very limited options. In no way, this hotel can be 4 stars. The hotel is 4 mins from the metro station, which line directly connects to the Duomo. This hotel is only ok for business travelers.

Esperienza positiva: Indiscutibilmente un po' agèe nello stile! Nulla da dire sull'accoglienza in reception, nella sala per la colazione...anzi cortesissimi. Gli servirebbe un "giustino" per tutta la struttura a sistemare i piccoli quanto fondamentali dettagli ... il tavolino della stanza se ci si poggia sopra una moneta non può iniziare a ballare come un derviscio rotante. Lo "stira pantaloni" anni '70 attaccato al muro io non lo avevo mai visto, forse utile quanto eliminabile. Per il resto tutto regolare... c'è anche una saletta fitness. Un tre stelle potenziato per rientrare nella categoria quattro insomma...con tanta gentilezza però.

Esperienza fantastica: Ottimo albergo in bellissima zona servita bene dai mezzi, poco lontano dal centro e dalle tre torri. Camere pulite, nota di merito al letto comodissimo abbiamo dormito molto bene e questo raramente accade quando si soggiorna fuori casa. Personale professionale check in check out molto veloce.
