Esperienza fantastica: We are on holiday and wanted to exercise. We decided to go to CrossFit Bad Beast and liked the Workout of the Day. Highly recommended for anyone who still want to get an intense workout done. Very friendly people as well.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming and energetic atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The coaches were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They took the time to explain each movement in detail, ensuring I felt confident and safe throughout the workout. The sense of community was amazing—everyone was supportive and genuinely happy to see newcomers like me giving it their all. The workout itself was challenging but so much fun! I pushed myself harder than I thought I could, and the feeling of accomplishment afterward was unparalleled. The combination of strength, cardio, and technique was the perfect mix to keep things interesting and engaging. I left feeling energized, motivated, and already looking forward to my next session. If you’re considering trying CrossFit for the first time, I can’t recommend CrossFit Bad Beast enough. It’s not just a gym—it’s a community that helps you become the best version of yourself!

Esperienza fantastica: Un box dove ci si diverte allenandoci! Ogni persona qui indifferente dal suo livello di allenamento, i coaches lo fanno sentire un atleta. Essere già nominato atleta alza la propria soglia di fiducia e autostima, per cui lo diventi per davvero. Provare per credere!

Esperienza fantastica: Good gym with friendly, helpful instructors. Went twice during my time in Lucca and enjoyed both visits.

Esperienza fantastica: We were in Lucca for a month and happenstances upon this gym, just minutes outside of the walls. My husband and i biked there in 5-10 minutes from our center apartment. It is a big facility. The trainers are wonderful for cross fit and calisthenics (grazie Gabriele!). We saw immediate results from our workouts!

Esperienza positiva: 20€ single entry fee. It is a CrossFit gym and not a regular gym. Good for pl, it does not have machines/cables for complementary exercises

Esperienza fantastica: CrossFit lover traveling to Lucca: MUST VISIT! Visiting and just want to workout: worth the walk/bike ride!; Live in Lucca: join this gym! I was in Lucca for about three weeks and choose to get a one month membership for 110Є (20Є drop in + 90Є month rate). I'm so glad that I did! The box is just minutes outside of the walls. I rented a bike and it would take about 5-10 minutes to get there from my apartment each day. It's a huge facility. I've traveled in Italy a bit and never seen anything like it. They have everything you'd expect in a functional training facility or CrossFit Gym -- said differently, there are no machines. I used the "Commercial" area of the gym but was able to observe several classes -- the coaching for general population seems great. The coaching for the competition team is obviously great! It turns out they're the #1 or #2 team in all of Italy. I saw a wide range of body types, fitness levels, and ages in the gym during my time there. They have a mix of different classes and offer personal training. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Lucca -- especially CrossFit enthusiasts!

Esperienza negativa: Nice CrossFit box, the coach however, hardly spoke any English, nor great me. In my opinion €20 is a bit much for a drop inn.

Esperienza fantastica: Super nette Community und toll ausgestattet! Es gibt eine separate Zone, um sein eigenes Training zu absolvieren. Das ist super, weil man zeitlich flexibler ist als in vielen anderen CF, wo es max. 2h am Tag solch einen Slot gibt. Danke fürs Training!

Esperienza fantastica: If you're looking for a box to drop in to in Lucca, look no further! This place was amazing! I contacted them on facebook to ask some questions about dropping in and had a response within minutes. Carlo and Giulia were super nice and even offered me a special deal for 5 drop ins to make the price cheaper since I was there for 10 days. Carlo was an amazing coach who spoke great English (since my Italian is non-existent) and he really took his time to address each person in the class at their individual skill level and scale the movements perfectly for each person. He even helped me get my first hand stand pushup! He is probably the best crossfit coach I have met. If I lived in Lucca there is no question this would be my home box and I was happy I could buy a T-shirt to support them. I really can't say enough nice things about them and the box. Everyone I met was super friendly, positive, and overall it was just a great environment. They also were happy to answer any questions I had about Lucca and gave me some amazing recommendations for places the eat as well. If you want to drop into a box in Lucca I can not recommend them enough!

Esperienza fantastica: I have no words to describe this Box. We made a drop in with my boyfriend and his mother. The whole experience was fantastic, we felt at home from the first moment, the box is very well decorated, great infrastructure, lighting, atmosphere, etc ... the staff was very friendly, outstanding and cousy. Will be coming back for sure the next time we visit Lucca Thanks for everything!

Esperienza fantastica: I’ve been here twice during my one week stay in Lucca. The location is situated outside the walls, a bit hidden. Thanks to GPS easy to find. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. This CrossFit Location is clean, well equipped and perfectly heated (important for cold winter months). A day pass costs normally 15€, got a discount for the second session (20€ total). Grazie Mille to the Bad Beast Team. Will definitely come back on my next trip to Lucca. Ciao ragazze e ragazzi.

The box is large and very well equipped with brand new equipment, the team are very friendly and responsive, Carlo is an excellent coach with attention to perfect form and encourages progress for all levels.. I did my first hspu.. and then did 24!
