The box is beautiful but the difference is made by the welcome of Nadia and Maurizio and the sympathy of all the people who frequent this box. It immediately feels like a big family, it's as if they've known you forever. This is the true spirit of Crossfit, the community, and that's why I would recommend this place to everyone, but especially to anyone who is thinking of approaching Crossfit for the first time. Il box è bellissimo ma la differenza la fanno l'accoglienza di Nadia e Maurizio e la simpatia di tutte le persone che frequentano questo box. Da subito ci si sente come in una grande famiglia,è come se ti conoscessero da sempre. Questo è il vero spirito del Crossfit,la community, ed è per questo che mi sento di consigliare questo posto a tutti,ma soprattutto a chiunque stia pensando di avvicinarsi al Crossfit per la prima volta. Non rimarrete delusi!

Esperienza fantastica: "Evolution is the key to survival", in middle school I discovered why we are not immortal, our whole history (especially prehistory) is based on evolution, from monkeys to sapiens man, thousands of generations have perished to give light new species. Without death the world would be motionless and immutable, we die to evolve, to give life to something better. What does it has to do with it? Nothing, it was just to say that even crossfit has evolved in recent years and has done so thanks to comparison and competitions. Here you can find competent people with excellent knowledge.. hahaha “L’evoluzione è la chiave della sopravvivenza”, alle medie ho scoperto perchè non siamo immortali, tutta la nostra storia (soprattutto la preistoria) si basa sull’evoluzione, dalla scimmia all’uomo sapiens, migliaia di generazioni sono perite per dare alla luce nuove specie. Senza la morte il mondo sarebbe fermo immobile ed immutabile, moriamo per evolverci , per dare la vita a qualcosa di migliore. Cosa centra? Niente, era solo per dire che anche il crossfit in questi anni si è evoluto e l’ha fatto grazie al confronto ed alle competizioni. Qui puoi trovare persone competenti e con un'ottima conoscenza.. ahahah

Esperienza fantastica: I have always believed that playing sports should not depend on your weight, fitness, age and motor skills but doing sports is above all health and spending time in good company. In the crossfit box Shardana nobody judges you and everyone helps you to become the best version of yourself starting with the instructors Nadia and Maurizio. No matter your level, all the workouts are adaptable and aimed to get you satisfied workout after workout .. I just want to add that doing crossfit is above all about making a group and friendship sharing a passion together. Many of the acquaintances you make in the box turn into real friendships. If you are reading this review and you are undecided, simply give it a try (free and without obligation) and you will be able to see and immediately feel part of the Shardana family to finally find the sport that suits you! Ho sempre creduto che fare sport non debba dipendere dal tuo peso, forma fisica, età e capacità motorie ma fare sport è soprattutto salute e passare del tempo in buona compagnia. Nel box di crossfit Shardana non ti giudica nessuno e tutti ti aiutano a diventare la versione migliore di te stesso a partire dagli istruttori Nadia e Maurizio. Non importa il tuo livello, tutti gli allenamenti sono adattabili e mirati a farti uscire soddisfatto allenamento dopo allenamento.. Voglio solo aggiungere che fare crossfit è soprattutto fare gruppo e amicizia condividendo una passione insieme. Molte delle conoscenze fate nel box si trasformano in vere e proprie amicizie.
