Il ristorante offre un'ampia varietà di scelte, con prodotti di qualità e in abbondanza, cosa non comune. La proprietà è presente ma non invadente e il fatto che lo chef ne faccia parte è un valore aggiunto. Molto comodo il servizio biciclette che sono nuove e numerose. Il parcheggio privato è anche questo un punto molto favorevole. Infine va segnalata la zona piscine e benessere che è ampia, soleggiata e tenuta alla perfezione da Gianmaria, personaggio tipico della Riviera con il quale vale la pena scambiare due chiacchiere, sempre che non sia impegnato a mettere in ordine. Un saluto particolare a Mirela che ci ha servito al tavolo per tutta la settimana e mandiamo ad Elena un grande in bocca al lupo... Esperienza fantastica: Excellent stay. The hotel is very clean, as is the swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and the bedding comfortable, although the shower in our room was a little cramped. The meals are generous and varied and the flavors of Romagna are present at each meal. The staff is attentive and speaks very good French. The establishment is close to the city but a little far from the beach, which is not too much of a problem, a digestive walk is essential after such a hearty meal :) Excellent séjour. L’hôtel est très propre, tout comme la piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable, même si la douche de notre chambre était un peu étroite. Les repas sont généreux et variés et les saveurs romagnoles sont bien présentes à chaque repas. Le personnel est aux petits soins et parle très bien français. L’établissement est proche de la ville mais un peu éloigné de la plage, ce qui ne pose pas trop problème, une marche digestive s’imposant après de si copieux repas :)

The reception people were very helpful, especially Oana, a lovely and kind girl, who provided us with all the information about the hotel and the city. The food is excellent, congratulations to the chef and the girls who do table service, a heartfelt thanks to Mirela, for her patience and dedication. The rooms are nice, clean, spacious and have all the things for a pleasant stay. All the rooms are in excellent condition, the swimming pool is one of the places that impressed us the most. Bravo à Jean-Marie pour la tenue de la zone piscine (terrasse, SPA, salle de fitness, toilettes, bar...) toujours impeccable, on s'y sent comme dans un salon. Merci à lui pour sa sympathie et bienveillance envers notre petite fille de 2 ans qui adorait venir à la piscine du coup :-) À l'année prochaine!

Esperienza fantastica: I must say that I returned for the second year in a row and I find the cuisine improved, the buffet always different and plentiful, the dishes perhaps a little too abundant but good, the hotel is nice, clean and the service is excellent, it has all the comforts you need to relax and the swimming pool is fantastic, the location is good because it is very close to the promenade which is very pretty and a few hundred meters from the sea, for a family it is good value for money, the only flaw in my opinion is the air conditioning too low in the restaurant room for the rest everything is fine. Highly recommended we will definitely be back. Devo dire che sono tornato per il secondo anno di fila e trovo migliorata la cucina, il buffet sempre diverso e abbondante, i piatti forse un po' troppo abbondanti ma buoni, l'albergo è bello, pulito e il servizio è ottimo, ha tutti i confort che servono per rilassarsi e la piscina è fantastica, la posizione è buona perché dista pochissimo dalla passeggiata che è molto carina e qualche centinaio di metri dal mare, per una famiglia è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, l'unica pecca secondo me è l'aria condizionata troppo bassa nella sala ristorante per il resto tutto bello. Consigliatissimo sicuramente ci torneremo.

Esperienza fantastica: Beautiful location, value for money is great, wonderful and lovely employees - especially reception and the waitress whose daughter looks the same as mine, also Jean Marie the lifeguard was super nice and also the guests - it was like a family from all countries where really great acquaintances were made. Even if we had to leave early, we'll be back - only this time as a whole family. Homesickness was stronger Rooms were good, bathrooms a bit small and cramped - it was a bit difficult with more bacon on the ribs. It was cleaned every day, the staff was very nice and thorough. Food was the highlight. Something different every day and really a lot and very, very tasty. My daughter would have liked more children's dishes, since the courses are designed more for adults or people who know these dishes. As an Austrian, of course, a lot of new territory. A children's menu would be great with simple dishes - but otherwise there is nothing to complain about. Wunderschöne Lage, Preis Leistung ist super, wundervolle und liebenswerte Angestellte - besonders Rezeption und die Kellnerin von der die Tochter gleich aussieht wie meine, auch Jean Marie der Bademeister war super nett und auch die Gäste - es war wie eine Familie aus allen Ländern wo wirklich tolle Bekanntschaften entstanden sind. Auch wenn wir vorzeitig abreisen mussten, wir kommen wieder - nur diesmal als ganze Familie. Heimweh war doch stärker Zimmer waren gut, Badezimmer etwas klein bzw eng - mit mehr Speck auf den Rippen hat man es etwas schwer. Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht, das Personal war sehr nett und gründlich. Essen war das Highlight. Jeden Tag etwas anderes und wirklich viel und sehr sehr lecker. Meine Tochter hätte sich mehr Kinder Gerichte gewünscht, da die Gänge doch mehr für Erwachsene ausgelegt sind oder Personen die diese Gerichte kennen. Als Österreicher natürlich vieles Neuland. Eine Kinder Karte wäre super mit einfachen Speisen - aber sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Esperienza fantastica: 5 star rating because.... First of all, excellent value for money. I was looking for a hotel where I could have my first holiday after 2 years of closures and with a 2 year old I wanted a structure that would offer my family everything without having to wander around the country. Reading WELL on their site I found the diversity of rooms and the various stay packages explained well and clearly. I wanted to choose the complete solution to have no worries and fully enjoy the few days of vacation. Excellent welcome, very friendly dining room staff and well disposed to family needs. Clean room and all common areas. The swimming pool is excellent as is the service dedicated to it, to finish off excellent food and generous portions. My family and I are fully satisfied! 5 stelle di valutazione perché.... Come prima cosa ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Cercavo un hotel dove poter fare la prima vacanza dopo 2 anni di chiusure e con un bambino di 2 anni volevo una struttura che offrisse alla mia famiglia tutto senza dover vagare per il paese. Leggendo BENE sul loro sito ho trovato spiegato bene e in maniera chiara le diversità di stanze e i vari pacchetti di soggiorno. Ho voluto scegliere appunto la soluzione completa per non aver pensieri e godermi a pieno i pochi giorni di ferie. Ottima accoglienza, personale di sala molto cordiale e ben disposto alle esigenze familiari. Camera e tutti gli ambienti comuni belli puliti. Ottima la piscina come anche il servizio a lei dedicata, per finire ottimo cibo e porzioni abbondanti. Io e la mia famiglia siamo pienamente soddisfatti !

Regarding the treatment and the general level of the hotel, I can only agree with the many positive comments I have read. My family and I spent a nice week last year alternating between the sea and the pool and eating well every day. In merito al trattamento e al livello generale dell'hotel non posso che essere d’accordo con i tanti positivi commenti che ho letto. Esperienza positiva: Albergo a gestione familiare, fanno davvero del loro meglio per soddisfare la clientela che è composta in parte anche da molti francesi. La camera con vista piscina avrebbe bisogno di un nuovo looked il bagno è davvero piccolo. I servizi di piscina e disponibilità bici sono ottimi dato che non si trova proprio vicino alla spiaggia... Pulizia ovunque molto attenta. Per il ristorante devo dire efficienti e solerti tutto il personale. Per nostro gusto (evidentemente condizionato ldalla clientela francese) avremmo preferito il pesce senza troppi intingoli. Per il resto ottima la colazione con cibi preparati in casa.
