Esperienza fantastica: Ho seguìto una lezione di hatha yoga, con grande soddisfazione. Adele spiega bene. Dopo la lezione di yoga, potevo partecipare a una visita guidata, che mi avrebbe dato la possibilità di conoscere meglio il quartiere Garbatella. Non ho partecipato al secondo evento, anche se sembrava interessante; ci saranno altre occasioni.

Esperienza fantastica: The Gyrotonic is one of the most modern training systems that consists of modules of exercises based on the concept of multi-directional movement. Invented at the beginning of the 80s in the United States by the Hungarian dancer Juliu Horvath, it is becoming more and more established all over the world as a valuable tool to enhance physical excellence in all sports. Gyrotonic is based on the key principles of yoga, dance, swimming and martial arts. It works systematically and gently on joints and muscles by means of undulatory and rhythmic exercises in which no part of the body remains inactive: the whole system of joints and with them all the organs and the tonic musculature are involved.
