PALESTRA PRAIANO - LOVE GYM

Esperienza fantastica: Best gym in the entire Amalfi Coast. Friendly staff, bar with whey protein, protein bars, etc. Great view of the Praiano region and easy to park your scooter in front of the gym.

Esperienza positiva: It's 15 euro for a day pass which is quite expensive. The people working there are very nice. There is most the equipment you will need for most full body workouts. AC is not turned on but also you have all the windows open and a strong breeze from the ocean so it wasn't really needed. There was a shower in the bathroom by the mens locker room, it had hot water. Equipment is old but all functional

Esperienza positiva: Absolut ausreichend, um während des Urlaubs fit zu bleiben und nicht aus der Trainingsroutine zu kommen. Gym mit Blick aufs Meer, was will man mehr. 3 Tage kosten 30€. Nicht billig, aber wer Urlaub an der Amalfiküste macht, weiß ja, was ihn erwartet.

Esperienza fantastica: Is this gym going to compete with your fancy, big city gym? No. Will it get the job done if you want to lift some weights while on vacation? Absolutely. Has pretty much everything you’d want.

Esperienza fantastica: GREAT gym if staying in Praiano and want to work on your beach bod. Grungy space in a motivational way. Love the people who use this gym all motivate me to work harder. Great cafe for coffee, appetivo or snack before or after your workout. €35 for a 3 day pass - worth every penny!

Esperienza positiva: Gym is a bit pricey but excellent. Some of the patrons can be rude so it's best to keep to yourself.

Esperienza fantastica: Old school gym. Have what you need. But the food post-work out is so nice. Fresh and light. You can add protein powder to the smoothies if you want. Highly recommended

Esperienza fantastica: After a few days of workouts in my hotel room with the bands I brought to Italy, I found the Love Gym and had an awesome session! The facility had everything I needed to help stretch my low back and legs (3 days of walking the stairs in Positano) foam roller, stretching mat, plenty of machines, free weights and cables. If the massive amount of stairs and walking in Positano hasn’t burnt off your glutinous indulgence of Italian food, jump on the bus and head to the Love Gym and go throw around some weights. Plus they have a supplement section and cafe for a quick refuel after your work out. Thanks Pisanos!! This is exactly what I needed!! ♥️

Esperienza fantastica: Interessante soluzione, oltretutto attigua ad un bar che serve un ottimo caffè, prepara una buonissima granita di limone e gode di un impareggiabile panorama.
