Team Sports Each season offers opportunities for both Intramural/Unit Rec level and Post level leagues, along with coaches and official’s training, and involvement in the Army European Championships.

The front desk has a list of currently contracted personal trainers. You will purchase these services from the Fitness Center Desk at the rate of $25.00 per hour, and schedule the time by contacting the trainer directly.
Everyone must go through a safety and equipment brief and sign a waiver. Youth ages 12-15 must weigh at least 75 lbs and be accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult 18 years. Youth under age 12 or under the weight requirement are not permitted to use the wall.

Esperienza fantastica: This gym has a lot of space and a lot of equipment. I’ve never seen it crowded.
Esperienza positiva: Yes! I too enjoy picking up heavy things and then putting them back down again!

Esperienza positiva: Nice Gym, being early gets you alot of access to the machines, weights and cardio room. Very clean. Only issue is patrons walking around without masks or mask on mouth only. Signs are visible and posted. Just not taking Covid seriously.
