Esperienza negativa: Più che rilassate dopo il massaggio siamo tornate a casa snervate.Poca professionalità, ambiente poco consono al massaggio rilassante, trattamento eseguito senza aria condizionata o comunque ad una temperatura poco confortevole! Delusione!!!

Esperienza negativa: Ragazzi abbiamo prenotato la vacanza il 15 giugno per il mercure olbia per partire il 31 agosto pagato con conferma che era tutto ok..avevo chiamato 1 volta più email per conferma della prenotazione bè il 21 agosto ci manda una email che non ci potevano ospitare 10 gg prima della partenza, panico chiamo e ci dicono che è pieno ma com e possibile avendo prenotato a giugno sennò non ci faceva prenotare la ragazza Greta non ci ha neanche trovato una soluzione alternativa quindi senza hotel per la vacanza x me ci fanno apposta xk a ridosso le camere costa di più...da evitare non si può rimanere senza hotel a 10 gg dalla partenza e poi avvisati per email ma come si fa ? Un po di rispetto e umanità,gentilezza a trovare un alternativa non sanno dove si trova evitate ragazzi

Esperienza fantastica: Ho scoperto per caso quest’hotel ed è stata una piacevole esperienza. Ciò che mi ha entusiasmato magnificamente è stata la S.p.A. ma soprattutto il massaggio.. dopo due giorni faticosi trascorsi al Red Valley, il tocco magico mi ha rimesso veramente in forma. Gentilissimi alla reception sia della Spa sia dell’hotel, pronti a risolvere qualsiasi bisogno e necessità. Super consigliato. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Esperienza negativa: The hotel deserves a renovation on many things: the rooms (with curtains filled with holes and lights that don’t all work), the hall that is old-fashioned and the gym that is overloaded. You have to pay for each towel rental (at the swimming pool and at the gym) and when you make a massage, the duration of your booking is not respected (10 mins less). The location is however good and near the port, with a good pool (be careful pool chairs fall sometimes).

Esperienza positiva: Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Mercure Olbia, idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville. Notre chambre “Paradis” était magnifique et très spacieuse. Petit bémol : le jacuzzi extérieur était presque toujours sale à cause du vent et du fait qu’il ne soit pas couvert la nuit. C’est vraiment dommage, car nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement. L’ajout d’une couverture ou d’une protection permettrait d’améliorer nettement l’expérience. Le spa est superbe et constitue l’un des points forts de l’hôtel. Nous remercions chaleureusement Chiara, qui nous a accueillis à chaque visite avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, de gentillesse et d’attention. Elle a su créer une atmosphère de détente et de confiance, en prenant le temps de bien expliquer les installations et de s’assurer que tout se passe au mieux. Sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité ont vraiment fait la différence. En revanche, nous avons été déçus par l’attitude de Valentina, également au spa, qui refusait systématiquement de nous faire bénéficier des services pourtant inclus dans notre chambre, et insistait pour nous les facturer. Son manque de professionnalisme et sa froideur ont malheureusement créé des tensions inutiles, ce qui est regrettable dans un espace censé être dédié à la relaxation. La partie sport est également excellente, notamment grâce aux cours de Mauro, un coach passionné, dynamique et très motivant. Il apporte une vraie valeur ajoutée à l’offre bien-être de l’hôtel. À la réception, nous remercions aussi Chiara et Nader, très professionnels, serviables et toujours souriants. Enfin, un point à améliorer : nous avons trouvé des serviettes sales déposées comme si elles étaient propres dans notre salle de bain, ce qui pose question sur le ménage et l’hygiène (photo jointe) En résumé, un très bon séjour, grâce à certaines personnes exceptionnelles dans l’équipe, avec quelques axes d’amélioration pour atteindre un vrai niveau d’excellence.

Esperienza fantastica: El gimnasio ha sido el mejor al que he acudido hasta la fecha en un hotel y los monitores han sido muy atentos, profesionales y simpáticos. En cuanto al servicio de peluquería y estética debo decir que Lucy es una estilista excepcional, a la par que una persona encantadora. El tiempo se me pasó volando. Sus masajes son de otro mundo y su asesoramiento y conocimiento de los productos y técnicas es de un nivel supremo. Quedé encantada con el resultado y volveré seguro a solicitar sus servicios.

Esperienza negativa: Hi, I was disappointed to pay 160£ for a room without full size towels, coffee or kattel to boil your water. The fridge has same temperature as the room. As you see in the attachment we had experienced for the first time with my 2y daughter, bed bugs. Luckily the stuff has reacted well to supply a new room for us, but overall was unexpected.

Esperienza negativa: Horrível! Não pode ser considerado um hotel de 4 estrelas! O pequeno almoço durante 8 dias, não teve uma única mudança! Eram sempre as mesmas opções! A máquina dos sumos tinha sempre algum problema.. às vezes saía mais água do que sumo! Nos quartos conseguimos ouvir tudo dos quartos ao lado! A limpeza é ok, mas não é fantástica! Houve 1 dia que não fizeram limpeza no nosso quarto, e outro dia, a senhora da limpeza entrou no nosso quarto de manhã enquanto estávamos a dormir ( sendo que estava o papel na porta para não incomodar). Alguns dos funcionários nem sequer falam inglês! A comida do restaurante é PÉSSIMA e extremamente cara em relação à qualidade do serviço! No último dia quisemos ir ao spa ( pensando que estava incluido pelo que nos disseram na receção na altura do check in) e acabamos por não ir porque nos estavam a cobrar 25€ por pessoa! Definitivamente o pior hotel que já estive!!!!

Esperienza fantastica: Ottimo hotel, personale molto gentile e disponibile, zona piscina accogliente, ampio parcheggio. Buono anche il ristorante.

Esperienza negativa: Never again, the management have to solve the problem with the bed bugs. We have to leave the hotel earlier since we find few bed bugs in the linen and in the mattress.

Esperienza negativa: Una experiencia sorprendentemente negativa para un hotel de Accor. Las instalaciones del hotel estupendas pero la atención al cliente pésima. Se nos realizó el cargo del hotel por duplicado y tras un mes y cientos de correos, Accor y Mercure se pasan la responsabilidad sin darnos una respuesta. Muy mal

Esperienza negativa: Worst service ever, stay away!!! We had booked a room at the Mercure Olbia for a night‘s stay before our flight back via booking.com. Upon arrival we were told that they didn’t receive a booking and that the fault sits with booking.com. Also they apparently weren’t able to contact us through the system, although they had all the details from booking.com, to tell us about the problem. In a nutshell we were left stranded, no support whatsoever to support us finding another hotel or even just offering us something to drink, eat during this stressful situation …nothing. Just more or less: sort it yourself. We were not the only ones, another couple faced the same misery. Hardly ever seen reception personnel without so much empathy for the situation of travellers. Will definitely avoid the Mercure in the future and recommend you’re doing the same.

Esperienza positiva: Κοντά στο κέντρο, καθαρό και άνετο ξενοδοχείο με πολύ καλό πρωινό. Το προσωπικό στην reception δεν ηταν καθόλου εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Οσον αφορα το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό ηταν πολύ καλό! Επίσης είχε χαλάσει ο κλιματισμός και δεν το έφτιαξαν. Ήμασταν τις δυο από τις τρεις μέρες χωρίς air condition με 32 βαθμούς θερμοκρασία!!!

Esperienza negativa: First of all, calling this a spa hotel is simply misleading, as the spa is a separate establishment. This makes the rooms vastly overpriced for what you actually get. The female receptionist was consistently rude and disrespectful. She would roll her eyes the moment you approached the front desk. When we asked about how the bus tickets work in Olbia, her response was: "I don't know, I don't use public transport, I have a car." That was just one of many unpleasant interactions. During our four-night stay, the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning—emitting a loud, airhorn-like noise every 3 to 10 minutes, both during the day and night. This made it nearly impossible to get any sleep at all.

Esperienza negativa: Terribly tired hotel in a bad area of Olbia Breakfast was a poor unvaried selection, eggs inedible having sat for 2 hours. No idea how coffee can be bad in Italy but these guys found a way. Manager even agreed it was bad!! However if you must go then airport bus is a simple 100m walk from the main road and costs 1 euro. Bargain of the holiday Olbia itself was fine with plenty of good restaurants and great value wine. Get local stuff by the glass.

Esperienza negativa: Colazione non degna di un 4 stelle, camere non insonorizzate, ma soprattutto l’unica stella va alla receptionist, Greta, che definirla sgarbata è un eufemismo.

Esperienza negativa: La fin de séjour la plus décevante qu’on puisse connaître ! On a pour habitude de se réserver un « bel » hôtel sur nos fin de voyage pour se la jouer confortable … autant dire que c’est raté pour cette fois. Les chambres sont spacieuses (2 lits simples collés pour faire un grand lit double…) mais confortables. Bien qu’insonorisées car à l’instant où j’écris ce commentaire, nous entendons ce qu’il se passe dans la chambre d’à côté. Mais alors… le repas…. On mangerait mieux à la cantine du coin. Ci-joint, les photos de la « salade » servie en accompagnement à 6€. Sans sauces, et les crudités n’ayant pas de goût. Quand on nous demande notre avis : il fallait mettre des sauces et de l’huile. Nous cherchons encore l’huile qui a été apportée ? Que dire de Silvia, la serveuse qui a « écouté » nos remarques, de manière hautaine et désinvolte en tournant les talons très rapidement. Comment ne pas avoir honte de servir un tel « plat »? Le reste de la carte est bien évidemment HORS DE PRIX pour la qualité des produits. La seule étoile que je suis obligée de mettre revient donc à Nader, le réceptionniste, qui est très à l’écoute, d’un accueil IRRÉPROCHABLE et extrêmement chaleureux. Grace à lui, nous avons pu finir la soirée sur une bonne note au bar. Nous craignons pour le petit déjeuner de demain….

Esperienza negativa: I’m leaving two stars which is one above the minimum because of Nader the person at the reception that is carrying the whole place on his back, he was lovely and so helpfull he pretty much saved our stay. On the other hand, the rooms were clean and fitting our expextations for the length of our stay. Now that being said let’s discuss what was bad: - The hotel’s restaurant. Please don’t go to this restaurant, the prices are incredibly high for unseasoned or frozen food that you’d pretty much microwave. On the top of that when we politely tryied to express our inconvenience to Sylvia (the waitress) she basicaly didn’t care at all and act like we are pissing her off. The experience in here was out of touch with reality and I can only thanks Nader once again for all he did to save our stay, his professionalism and helpfulness were much much appreciated. Bonus: the picture of the cardboard salad whom is sold separately like every accompagnement (who in the hell do that ?) and with no sauce lmao

Esperienza positiva: Camere dotate di tutto il necessario e climatizzate, ma se vi assegnano una camera con porta comunicante con la camera a fianco è un problema: si sente praticamente tutto. Per il resto tutto ok, buona la colazione e la cena. Piscina esterna con bar molto carina. Struttura molto pulita.

Esperienza negativa: Girl on reception was absolutely horrifying, and rude, not just to us but lots of other guests, including when someone asked for a iron Should never be on front of house Rooms have paper thin walls everyone can hear each other in rooms Even down to plugs being put into sockets and people just talking in general you can hear everything Rooms no tea and coffee facilities no iron and iron board 2 thin sheets on bed But I will say the room and bathroom was clean more than can be said for outside of the hotel and the pool area Also 20 euros for a gin and tonic is a disgrace No wonder no one sits at their bar

Esperienza positiva: Con grande rammarico devo scrivere questa recensione. Da anni sono cliente della sala fitness. Negli ultimi mesi ho notato un peggioramento dei servizi. Lo spogliatoio delle donne è stracolmo di muffa, sulle pareti, sul soffitto. L’odore di muffa è molto evidente. Da un paio di settimane non ci sono sapone per le mani ne asciugamani di carta. Molti armadietti hanno la chiusura rotta e non è possibile mettere il lucchetto per tenere i propri effetti personali al sicuro. L’abbonamento sicuramente non è dei più economici. La sala pesi è ben attrezzata ma penso che altrettanto importante sia avere un ambiente salubre. Capisco che la formazione della muffa sia inevitabile, ma con degli accorgimenti essa compare di meno. Nei spogliatoi non si respira da quanta umidità c’è. Penso che una finestra aperta oppure un deumidificatore sia d’obbligo per la salute dei propri clienti.

Facilities you have to pay extra for No tea or coffee in the room Breakfast was good. Bar well stocked but expensive 8 euro for 2 Coca Cola Hiring a car is a must. Would return to olbia but would probably stay elsewhere. I rate it 3/5 stars

Esperienza negativa: Esiste qualcuno che si degna di rispondere al telefono? Tre giorni che chiamo e niente, il nulla cosmico. Pessimi.

Esperienza negativa: Non è possibile recensire con zero stelle??? Ho regalato ad una cara amica il percorso SPA al Mercure Hotel e ho riscontrato un servizio al di sotto delle aspettative. Iniziamo dal fatto che la metà dei servizi non era funzionante, quali: docce emozionali, bagno turco, bagno alle erbe, getto d’acqua in piscina, vasche per i piedi all’ingresso. Siamo entrate in SPA alle 18.10 e abbiamo cercato, nonostante il generale disagio, di rilassarci con i pochi servizi disponibili (ice pool, due saune, piscina) finché alle 19.25 è arrivata la ragazza delle pulizie che facendoci segno con il dito sul polso ci ha fatto capire che era ora di levare le tende. Un po’ scioccate dai modi e nonostante mancassero ancora 5 minuti al termine, ci siamo comunque dirette subito verso gli spogliatoi per farci la doccia e andar via. Non finisce qui: mentre ci asciugavamo i capelli, la stessa ragazza apre la porta e ci chiede “avete finito??”. Noi davvero allibite, abbiamo accelerato ancora di più, ma la ragazza con un fare scocciato ci passava il moccio tra i piedi. Con i capelli ancora umidi e di tutta fretta ci siamo dirette verso l’uscita e abbiamo fatto presente alla reception tutti i problemi riscontrati e l’addetta si è giustificata dicendo di non sapere che alcuni servizi non erano funzionanti e insisteva sul fatto che bisogna essere puntuali, non rendendosi realmente conto che i problemi non erano i 10 min di ritardo ma erano ben più gravi. Sono stata in questa SPA anni fa e posso confermare che ha un subito un declino e un deterioramento che ha davvero deluso ogni mia aspettativa. Sicuramente non tornerò e non sarà più un posto che consiglierò. Mi spiace davvero perché anni fa era davvero la migliore SPA della zona.

Esperienza fantastica: spa, palestra e massaggi molto molto buoni! lo consiglio

Esperienza negativa: Numuriņi tīri, nav nolietoti, mazliet vēsi, nestrādā gaisa kondicionieris, arī vannasistabā dvieļu sildītāji nestrādāja. Bijām iegādājušies piedāvājumu ar iekļautām vakariņām, ēdiens viduvējs, netika piedāvāta pat glāze ūdens. Restorāna zonā klusums, nekādas atmosfēras. Apmeklējām arī tā saukto SPA. Par SPA to grūti nosaukt. Viena telpa pagrabstāvā ar divām pirtīm un it kā Cold Tub, bet ir aizdomas, ka Hut tub ir vienkārši saplīsis un uztaisīts par Cold Tub. Viss ļoti nolietots, dušas stūros pelējumi, apmetums lobās nost.

Esperienza negativa: SPA REVIEW: Shocking experience at the spa - the worst I’ve had. My friend and I had two terrible massages with a very unskilled therapist. We were charged the full amount (€90 each) before the treatment. Not only were the massages bad, the environment was so noisy the therapist had to go out to tell people to be quiet 5 times. A totally unpleasant experience. Cold stones in a hot stone massage, no pressure in a deep tissue - just absolutely not passable as a premium massage you can charge €90 for. When trying to get our money back, we were told it wouldn’t be possible because the massage treatments were via a third party company who had no accountability. After 2 hours of trying to escalate it we eventually got €160 of the €180 back. Do not book with this spa!!!! Such a disappointing experience and waste of time and money.

Esperienza negativa: THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THE SPA ONLY - do not book this hotel based on the spa. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We booked this SPA for a massage as a treat, as part of our holiday. My friend and I booked a hot stone massage (€90) as well as use of the spa facilities (€35) on top. The first red flag was that we had to pay for the treatments (€180 in total) before we even had it. I’ve never had this at other spas. The massage was probably the worst I’ve ever had . They can’t advertise a hot stone massage and deep tissue massage without knowing the technique or having any experience. My friend had the hot stone massage first and said the stones were cold and there was no pressure, even after asking multiple time to make it stronger. The room wasn’t private and you could hear everything, whole experience was very disappointing. I then changed my massage afterwards to a deep tissue after hearing about her experience, hoping it would be better. It wasn’t. I stopped the “deep tissue” massage after 20 minutes as she was just stroking me with oil. I expressed to her that this wasn’t what I wanted and it definitely wasn’t a deep tissue. The language barrier was difficult. I decided I didn’t want to waste her time or mine and it definitely wasn’t worth €90, which is a premium price where you expect a good treatment. So I decided to end the massage then. The worst part about this whole experience is that when we came to express our disappointment in the service and that i stopped the treatment after 20mins, as it’s not what I expected or wanted, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US AT ALL! The receptionist explained the spa was a separate company to the Mecure and it was up to them to refund us. The massage therapist said her boss wasn’t here and that she doesn’t speak good English and that theres nothing she can do! We asked who we could escalate to… She then replied saying we could send an email. After 1 hour, we finally spoke the Mercure Manager who also explained it wasn’t up to them to refund. Keep in mind we booked this place based on the representation of the Mecure worldwide, yet they took had no accountability of the partnership with the third party massage provider??! After two hours and feeling more stressed then when we entered the spa the manager of the hotel spoke to the manager of the spa on the phone and managed to agree to refund us one treatment of €90 and then gave us €70 in cash which was paid towards the use of the spa facilities. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and felt like my money was stolen from me. This service has let the Mercure hotel’s reputation down as a whole. They clearly need to partner with a better company.

Esperienza positiva: We spent a week at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience with a few ups and downs. The hotel has a very unique design, resembling a boat, which makes it stand out. However, parts of the exterior could use some renovation. Our room was recently renovated and quite comfortable, though the Wi-Fi barely worked in the room, especially on newer devices, which was frustrating. It did work fine in the common areas, though. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and quick to help. One morning, we had no hot water, but it was fixed very quickly. Breakfast was decent, not amazing but not bad either. The hotel is a short walk from the city center, though the surrounding area isn’t the nicest. On the plus side, there’s ample parking on-site, which was very convenient. We also really enjoyed the amenities. The gym was fantastic, a proper full-scale one, not the usual small hotel gym, and the outside pool with a bar was a great spot to relax. In summary, a few small issues, but a good stay overall!

Esperienza positiva: Bellissima struttura, sembra di entrare in una nave!!! Stanza enorme ed un comodissimo letto king size. Tutto pulito alla perfezione. Ottimo il ristorante interno abbiamo mangiato dei culurgiones spettacolari. Colazione varia ed abbondante, la torta della nonna ve la consiglio. Ottimo anche il caffè anche se da distributore automatico. Unica nota negativa il parcheggio sotterraneo di non facile accesso.

Esperienza negativa: Worst hotel ever. Dirty, lift broken, air conditioning broken and staff unprepared. My wife and I called the reception to order room service for dinner and they said it's an extra 10 euros. And the option it's to go to the hotel restaurant. When we got to the hotel restaurant they said they were full but they had about 2 tables free and they had to make a reservation. And when we call the reception, they suddenly have a table.

Esperienza negativa: Hotel in need of refurbishment, rooms were clean but inadequate storage just a small wardrobe. Pool area was small, untidy and in the afternoon you had small pockets of sun . Breakfast was awful...poor quality for a 4 star hotel..cheap cereals, tinned fruit, and frozen croissants and horrid coffee. The only major plus point of this hotel is the gym which is open to the public but fantastic range of equipment and classes . In conclusion there are far nicer 4 star hotels than the mercure ..very disappointed.

Esperienza negativa: We booked for 3 but got a room for 2. They told us to sleep in a “kingsize” bed with the 3 of us because they had no extra bed. When we arrived in the room we saw it were just two single bed next to each other so we told them we couldn’t sleep there with the 3 of us. The third person will fall between the two beds of course. All of a sudden they had a bed, only this was a super thin and bad mattress. They never said sorry for this whole situation or tried to help. They said they will come to us for a good 3th mattress the second day but they came back to us. The location is good (walking distance of the Centre) and the breakfast is fine also. Pool only open from 9 till 18:30 so you can’t use it in the morning/ evening “because they is no life guard”. Very funny while you’re an adult and have been on the beach alone the whole day.

Kind of a shame, as I would have stayed elsewhere if I’d have know that this would be the case. A little disappointing. The room was clean and tidy

Bon hôtel de transition mais reste assez cher Par contre si vous pensez faire la grasse matinée c'est pas la peine. Les femmes de ménage font trembler tout l'étage à partir de 10h, parlent fort et claquent toutes les portes. Un déménagement quotidien. Hotel agréable, personnel souriant et disponible. Très bon service bar piscine.

Esperienza positiva: Rooms are what you expect from a business hotel. Comfortable, spacious and clean. No kettle/coffee making facilities. Has mini fridge and safe. Some of the Reception staff were a bit unwelcoming but overall staff were friendly and helpful. Location is not so great especially if you have mobility issues, around a 20 to 30 minute walk to the Old Town on uneven pavements for part of the way.

Esperienza fantastica: Super Lage, schönes, sehr gepflegtes hotel. Super liebes, zuvorkommendes und aufmerksames Personal. Zimmer und Frühstück einwandfrei. Wellnes habe ich nicht besucht. Aussenbereich mit pool und bar top. Eine Oase in der Stadt, sehr zu empfehlen.

Esperienza negativa: Un gruppo di amiche per fare dei massaggi: Purtroppo esperienza non all'altezza delle altre volte. Una massaggiatrice più giovane che ha massaggiato due amiche, non ha il concetto del massaggio rilassante. È stato più un decontratturante veramente troppo energico, un'amica ha ancora dolore alla spalla e alla caviglia. Asciugamano fatto svolazzare e olio buttato sulla pelle senza attenzione. Io sono stata molto più fortunata perché la mia massaggiatrice era veramente bravissima e attenta (una signora sulla 50ina con i capelli corti), dolcissima e molto competente. Purtroppo tutte e 3 abbiamo sofferto moltissimo il freddo! Non è possibile andare in una spa e non trovare un ambiente confortevole! Non mi sono rilassata completamente perché avevo i piedi gelidi e ad ogni movimento dell' asciugamano avevo o brividi. Preoccuparsi della temperatura è fondamentale. Peccato perché la qualità del servizio offerto non è all'altezza dei prezzi.

Esperienza fantastica: Un posto che ci accoglie sempre con un personale molto attento e gentile. Andiamo spesso nella spa dove sicuramente poi dimenticare la nozione del tempo.

Esperienza positiva: Momento relax con mia moglie che però ha trovato l'acqua leggermente fredda e in effetti se fosse stata un po' più calda sarebbe stato meglio.

Esperienza positiva: Das Hotel an sich ist gut, der SPA Bereich gefiel mir allerdings nicht. Nicht alle Saunen und Geräte waren funktionsfähig und der Indoor Pool sowie der Relaxraum waren mir zu kühl um richtig zu entspannen.

Esperienza positiva: Buenas instalaciones y buen desayuno. No está en pleno centro de Olbia, pero en 10 minutos caminando estás en el centro de la ciudad. Recomendable.

Esperienza positiva: Niet echt super gastvrij op 1 gastheer na. Alles wat we voorheen op foto's van de boeking hadden gezien ontbrak. Slechte verlichting buiten, daar waar water in hoorde te zitten stond droog, het was net of alles op standje spaarstand staat (het is wel buiten het seizoen had ik begrepen). Geen wifi op de kamer, alleen in de lobby. Kamers waren wel schoon en de rest van het hotel ook, maar het is wel echt verouderd. Er hing totaal geen sfeer, 1 koffiemachine waar iedereen in de rij moest staan. Er zit een wellness bij, maar als je denkt dat dat inclusief is als je daar logeert, dan heb je het mis. Je betaalt een saunatarief zoals in Nederland voor een gerenommeerde sauna, maar je mag er maar anderhalf uur gebruik van maken. Twee halve stoomcabines, 1 Finse cabine en 1 normale en een zwembad, dat was de samenvatting. Het hotel ligt, zoals ons al bekend was, in een niet al te fraaie buurt. Een alleenstaande vrouw zou ik niet adviseren om lopend naar de binnenstad te gaan.

Esperienza negativa: Esperienza negativa, invece di andar via piacevolmente rilassata dalla Spa e dal massaggio così non è stato, mezz’ora di ritardo per l’appuntamento del massaggio precedentemente concordato, quindi mezz’ora di spa non effettuato visto che eravamo in sala ad attendere le massaggiatrici, massaggio più che rilassante è stato un decontratturante vista la pressione dei movimenti, quindi non come era stato richiesto, invece di 30 min il massaggio per un loro errore ne dura 50 min e al nostro arrivederci, nonostante avessimo già pagato ci è stato richiesto il surplus, la motivazione? Non esserci accorte durante il massaggio, dove uno di certo non si rende conto dell’ora visto che cerca di rilassarsi e non ha l’orologio al polso, dei 20 min in più. Morale 91€ per un’ora di spa e un massaggio non rilassante, mi sembra eccessivo e non un comportamento corretto

Esperienza negativa: L'hôtel ne vaut pas ses étoiles. Ni le prix des chambres. Le personnel n'est pas sympa. Le petit déjeuner est minable. Clim en panne la nuit en pleine canicule (on découvrira que le problème était récurrent ), et le bouquet final en arrivant : spa fermé. Pour un Mercure, c'est lamentable. Je déconseille fortement ! Je précise : aucune excuse RIEN !

Esperienza positiva: Hotel cómodo pero el wifi no llega a las habitaciones. Además hay ciertos problemas con el aire acondicionado tanto en algunas habitaciones como en zonas comunes. El personal es muy amable y el buffet es variado.

Esperienza positiva: Malgré un emplacement situé entre une voie rapide et une gare, l'hôtel mercure d'Olbia a su préserver un endroit calme et agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, ainsi que l'espace petit déjeuner. Le restaurant près de la piscine est agréable et on y mange très bien. Le personnel est très sympathique. Déception pour le spa qui était affiché mais qui n'ouvrait pas avant septembre, toutefois la salle de sport était très bien.

Esperienza fantastica: Fast 40 Minuten bis zum Einchecken, aber von da an alles bestens. Das Hotel ist in Bahnhofsnähe und die Bushaltestellen ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Bis zur Innenstadt ca. 15 Minuten, aber fußläufig gut zu bewältigen. Die Hotelangestellten und der Service, soweit ich das bei einer Übernachtung beurteilen kann, waren super. Zum Spabereich kann ich keine Angaben machen, habe aber einen Swimmingpool mit "Strandbar" entdeckt, der offensichtlich auch einen gepflegten Eindruck gemacht hat.

Piscina rinfrescante dove prendere il sole fino al pomeriggio, asciugamani e lettini gratuiti, chiosco per cocktail aperitivi e pietanze espresse. Colazione ampia, dolce e salato, cena gourmet a bordo piscina. Centro fitness.

Esperienza negativa: It’s a shame Accor is affiliated with this property. This is not a 4 star hotel. Reception doesn’t greet your when arrive or offers help with your luggage. Rooms do not look good. With a very strange and cheap renovations. Safe is not functional. They offered to fix it the next morning when we were supposed to be checking out. Our shower flooded the bathroom floor after each use. This is due to poor design and weird renovation like a 5 year old did it. Staff does not want to do anything about it. Wifi is weak and doesn’t work in the room. We found water and in the fridge and one was open and refilled with tap water. They offered us to move rooms after multiple complaints at 2 am in the morning. Understandably we had to turn it down down. General manager Alessandro is rude and not professional. He was not willing to do anything to make our experience any better I mean nothing not even a free drink. He won’t look you in the eyes and will tell you that they offered you a solution of moving rooms at 2 am after 12+ flight from Canada. I am going to reach out to Accor to share our experience this hotel should not be affiliated with the brand. Do yourself a favour do not book this accommodation in Olbia.

Esperienza positiva: El hotel esta bien por el precio que pagamos por ser socios de la cadena Acord. Es un hotel de otra década que denota el paso del tiempo por su decoración pero esta bien mantenido. La habitación cómoda y con espacio suficiente. Tuvimos un problema con la pileta del baño que se tapó al segundo día y nadie lo solucionó. El desayuno esta bien, tienen variedad de productos. Y hemos cenado una noche allí y también muy correcta la comida. La gente que atiende un 10. Muy atentos a hacerte la estancia mas fácil y confortable. La ubicación esta cerca del centro y de facil acceso cuando volves a las playas o sitios de mas al norte. Ibamos al centro a pasear todas las noches y eran 5 minutos a pie. Esta de fácil acceso de una zona donde hay supermercados y outlets, tanto sea para el lado del norte como del aeropuerto.

Esperienza positiva: Uno dei peggiori rapporti qualità/prezzo mai vissuti. Colazione non da 4 stelle. Personale di pulizia delle camere (piano 4) indecente per rumorosità e mancanza di rispetto. Si salva la piscina. Parcheggio esterno piccolo. Camere ampie. Ascensore principale lento. A Olbia pernotterei altrove.

Esperienza negativa: Honteux ! 7 jeunes hommes d’affaires en congé pour 1 jour. Nous téléphonons le matin, expliquons notre nombre, on nous dit qu’il n’y a aucun problème pour venir seulement au Spa. Nous arrivons, ils font passer un groupe de 8 femmes, un couple âgé et un couple jeune. Puis on nous explique qu’il faut partir car il n’y a plus de place. Après discussion, on nous invente qu’il n’y plus de places car il y’a des réservations plus tard. Ceci étant faux selon notre appel du matin. Personnel antipathique et heureux de nous mettre dehors. Endroit à fuir pour son personnel de réception vraiment non professionnel. J’invite le patron à m’appeler au 0041795987114 pour lui expliquer de vive voix.

Esperienza positiva: The neighborhood is kind of insecure and not pretty, many graffitis and not well frequented, but transport is good. The hotel doesn't say anywhere that the spa (and inside pool) is paying 25€ per person AND you have to book for just 2h. You share it with many people too. The room was cool. The pool was closed so we couldn't even enjoy it.. but the receptionist man was really kind and helped us very much. Breakfast is good. I expected much more from a 4 stars hotel.

Esperienza positiva: The gym is good with a lot of equipment and nice trainers. The dinners have been exellent. The bathrooms are VERY small, the bed is really nice. The service at breakfast is good, but the service at the reception is not so good. I have had to talk with them 4 times before the aircon worked and wa gave up asking for instant coffee for the waterboiler, so we bought it our selves. I have been to 2 and 3 star hotels with better service. I hope it get better in our second week...I will update if anything changes.
