Esperienza positiva: I'm an American that used the gym for an hour or so while staying in Siena. Being used to big American health clubs, this gym wasn't impressive but it had all the essentials, and was pretty good by European standards. Very friendly manager who spoke good English. 10 Euro for the day. Aerobic machines, full free weight equipment and squat rack, resistance machines, etc. Good WiFi! Definitely a plus for music streamers, something that I'd been missing in Italy in general.

Esperienza fantastica: Perfect small gym, especially given the limitations on space in central Siena. The staff are friendly and they have all the equipment one needs. They even have a small outdoor terrace available for workout activities. Also friendly to temporary visitors like me, with convenient daily and weekly rates.
