Esperienza fantastica: The most affordable gym in Rome. It was clean and well kept. The machines were relatively new. The owner was nice and welcoming.

Esperienza fantastica: Pablo the owner is an absolute salt of the earth guy, helped sort us out when we didn’t have cash on hand for the gym fee, recommend a few well priced restaurants in the area and was a gem to talk too. Gym was clean and very well kept with good air conditioning in the 34° weather.

Esperienza fantastica: The owner let me train twice when i didn’t have any cash on me. Decent set of equipment and weight in the gym - all i needed to hit a ferocious leg and push day. Still owe him 20 euros!

Esperienza fantastica: I’m always happy with this gym and training with Pablo. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and I wouldn’t consider changing.

Esperienza fantastica: Go here if you’re traveling in Rome! The best gym I’ve found by far and their daily rate was only 10 euros. They have smith machine squat racks, bench presses, and dumbbells up to 70lb with lots of machines sprinkled in and a full locker room. Perfect for tourists trying to work off some carbs. The owner is super cool and responded to me right away on WhatsApp. They have their phone number on Facebook if you google Dolphin Fitness. 10/10 would recommend

Esperienza positiva: חדר כושר טוב - קטן אבל יש בו כל מה שצריך לאימון כושר טוב, כולל הליכונים. מכשירים מתוחזקים טוב, המקום נקי ונעים. כניסה חד פעמיית עולה 10 יורו. בתקופת הקורונה מומלץ להתקשר / לשלוח ווטסאפ לבכל המקום לבדוק שאפשר להגיע להתאמן לאור מגבלת אנשים (מצורפת תמונה עם הטלפון).

Esperienza fantastica: Well run small gym in Trastevere. Pablo the owner allows casual visits at an economic price, which is great for tourists and short term visitors. Has all the free weights one desires. Can contact Pablo using the Whatsapp on his website to arrange a visit.

Esperienza fantastica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Il posto perfetto dove potersi allenare individualmente o con un trainer. Gli allenatori sono di alto livello, molto preparati. Posto tranquillo,sempre pulito, è garantita la serietà e la sicurezza.

Esperienza fantastica: Nice friendly staff, very clean and cool (important in Italy in the summer), machines in good condition. Looks small but they have everything you need for a good workout.

Esperienza positiva: A decently equipped gym in the heart of Trastevere. Compared to gyms of greater size with more amenities, their monthly membership (€80) is very expensive compared to what you are offered. What you're paying for us location and training assistance if you need it. The staff were very helpful during all of my visits and the location is great if you live in Trastevere. There's a small locker room with a sauna but being your own water and towels.

Esperienza positiva: Ottima esperienza in questa palestra di "Trastevere", proprietario alla mano e abbastanza disponibile nel dare una mano e spiegare la qualsiasi, anche in lingue "straniere", VISTA LA FORTE PRESENZA DI STRANIERI NEI DINTORNI. La palestra non è grandissima, ma in compenso è ben allestita e con attrezzi di qualità, QUINDI NESSUNA LAMENTELA! Istruttore e proprietario con DOPPIA LAUREA
