Esperienza fantastica: Che dire.. Daniel e Andrea, due amici con grande esperienza nel campo e bravi nel loro lavoro. Due ragazzi che svolgono questa attività con grande passione, la palestra piccola nelle dimensioni giuste per Capri ma che contiene tutto ciò che occorre. Una sala dove ci sono macchinari e una per corsi di vario genere . Non cambierei per nessuna ragione al mondo !

Esperienza fantastica: Awesome little gym. Just big enough with all the essentials and a few key machines. The people here are serious about fitness yet cooperate with everyone — taking tuns, sharing, all making the most of the space — really great energy and the owners, Daniel and Andrea, who both have incredible physiques, are friendly and kind. Beautiful people inside and out. This gym is all about training (individual, guided, and classes) not luxury (from a US perspective, the vibe here is more like Golds Venice than Equinox, per se). Love this place.

Esperienza fantastica: If you are on holidays in Capri and you want to keep training and have great fun this is the perfect place! Highly qualified trainers, all the machines you need and great classes! Last but not least the atmosphere is always friendly and uplifting! Really made my holidays 100 times better and I can’t wait to be back! 5 stars ⭐️

Esperienza fantastica: Dropped into this gym a few times while on vacation in capri. Fantastic spot! Lots of good equipment and everyone is so nice. Highly recommend if you’re vacationing in capri and want to workout.

Esperienza fantastica: Awesome gym. We stayed at a five star hotel with a decent gym for the week but it is so much better going to a proper gym if you want a good workout. Paid for a one week membership and got a lot out of it. All the equipment you could need plus some high energy classes if that’s your thing. All the locals very welcoming, the team that run it are great and good music from a local dj on the stereo. Solid 5 stars from me and my wife!
