Esperienza fantastica: The place to stay. The host Andreas is fantastic. Place is quiet, rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. Perfect location close to the colleseum. Highly recommend and I will definitely book again

Esperienza fantastica: Sono stato due notti con la famiglia . Appartamento molto carino con tutto quello che può servire. E situato a pochi passi dal Colosseo. Il personale è veramente gentile e preparato. Molto pulito. Che dire esperienza da provare. Se dovessi tornare a Roma sicuramente ci tornerò.

Esperienza fantastica: Being in the hospitality industry (We own Barkwells!), we are both keen to experience how other places treat their guests. This is one experience we had where the innkeepers over-delivered. Our experience started with excellent communications, with Maria prior to our arrival. She met our cab outside the building and helped us get settled in. The apartment was much bigger than expected and was very clean and well-stocked. The 2nd floor court yard with tables, chair and Lime Trees was a plus. The biggest surprise was the time Maria spent with us on arrival to acclimate us to the area, point out sights that were a must-see, and share information about the metro and her favorite restaurants! All were big hits. The location is right down the street from the Collesium and was a convenient walk to 2 different metro stations. Both Maria and Andrea were available to answer any questions during our entire stay. It was like having family in an unfamiliar place. As our trip came to an end, I'm sure you have experienced the pit in your stomach about whether the taxi will pick you up on time to make your flight. Andrea arranged for a car to pick us up. The driver was early, helpful and got us to the airport in time with a luxury van. We could not ask for more. Based on this experience, we are updating some of our check-in procedures so that our guests feel just as welcomed as Maria and Andrea made us feel. Thanks again! We would highly recommend staying with them.

Esperienza fantastica: This place is very central to many great locations. Andrea and Maria are amazing hosts and very accommodating. They made us a itinerary for Rome, provided a map and gave us a good briefing for Rome for tourists. Highly recommend this place. Very close to public transport.

Esperienza fantastica: Una de las mejores opciones para alojarse en Roma. La originalidad del edificio con una magnífica terraza donde poder relajarse junto con una ubicación inmejorable a 5 minutos andando del Coliseo y otros 5 minutos de la linea de Metro, lo hacen el alojamiento perfecto. Los apartamentos están limpios y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia tranquila,Además en el barrio hay infinidad de oferta de restauración e incluso un supermercado 24horas! Mención especial merece Andrea, su propietario y anfitrion que se encarga de que la estancia sea perfecta cuidando todos los detalles y siendo muy atento (además de exquisitamente educado). De hecho, además del tiramisú, Andrea pasa a ser mi segunda cosa favorita de Roma . Reperitemos sin duda cuando volvamos a Roma (echamos al menos 7 monedas en la Fontana de Trevi para conseguir una buena foto‍♂️ así que seguro que volvemos pronto). Recomendable 100%

Esperienza positiva: Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber zweckmäßig genauso wie die Einrichtung. Aber alles ist sauber und von der Organisation her hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Vor Ort eine super nette Einweisung und einige Tipps für Einkauf und Unternehmen, sowie ÖPNV gibt es dazu. Bei Fragen ist stets jemand zur Verfügung. Die Terasse ist für die gemeinschaftliche Nutzung und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig und ohne Großstadtlärm. Zum Kolosseum sind es nur 10min zu Fuß und in der Nähe sind viele schöne Bars und Restaurants. Alles in allem perfekt für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Rom.

Esperienza fantastica: Siamo tornati per la seconda volta, dopo la prima permanenza del 2020. L'appartamento é comodo, pulito e ben attrezzato. Andrea é sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. La posizione é vantaggiosissima, anche con il passeggino del piccolo é facile e veloce arrivare ovunque, con il Colosseo a 5 minuti e bus e metropolitana vicini. Ci torneremo!

Esperienza fantastica: El departamento tiene una gran ubicación y está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para unas excelentes vacaciones y no preocuparse por nada. Las fotos son tal cual. Andrea es un gran anfitrión, realmente muy amable, se puede contar con él para lo que se necesite y ofrece información muy valiosa para conocer mejor Roma. Sin dudas volvería a la ciudad eterna y a Green Apartments

Esperienza fantastica: קומפלקס של 4 דירות נחמדות, מעוצבות ומאובזרות. מקום נוח מבחינת המרחק מן המרכז ההיסטורי, קרוב לקולוסיאום. וכן מבחינת תחבורה. גם אוטובוסים וגם שני קווי מטרו. בעל הבית איש נחמד ודובר גם אנגלית טובה מאוד. בקיצור, מומלץ. היינו שם הרבה פעמים.

Esperienza fantastica: 4 appartamenti vicini, molto vicini al Colosseo, deliziosi, puliti, il nostro ospite, molto gentile, ci ha fornito una mappa con molti consigli, sia per quanto riguarda gli itinerari da seguire che i ristoranti tipici da provare. Consigliatissimo.

Esperienza fantastica: Green apartments was central enough to make it easy to get to everything we wanted to see in Rome while being in a relatively quiet neighborhood we could retreat to after all the excitement in the rest of the city. The neighborhood close by had lots of restaurants to try and the ones we tried were great. All the suggestions we followed that our host had were excellent. The apartments themselves were clean and well decorated. Towels were provided. Ours came with some plates, cups, and silverware which we used to enjoy some wine on the terrace. While I thought the apartment was excellent there are some points to consider. There were stairs up to the appartment which may be difficult for some if they pack more than they can carry, although this would be a problem for you in the metro as well. The beds were also much firmer than I'm used to. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Esperienza fantastica: We stayed here in late Summer and could not recommend higher. It's a place for those who want to be central, but yet stay out of the main tourist mess. A real gem! Maria checked us in and took care of us wonderfully! She is such a pleasure and we would come back to Rome just to see her again! Her smile is wonderful and made us feel welcome right away. The apartment is so comfortable and spacious for European standards. Security is not an issue and Maria kept things clean and tidy daily. If you forget your wine on the way home, you can grab a bottle right across the street (we did!) and enjoy the patio right out your front door. The only suggestion I would have is to supply at least two sets of keys per guest as some guests like to do their own things on vacation alone.

Esperienza fantastica: チェックインの時に、カスタマイズされた地図がもらえて、おすすめの場所を丁寧に説明してもらえたのがすごく良かった。暖房も完備されてて快適。Nice and cozy, comes with an original map of places to explore. Owner was super helpful, welcomed us for check in and went through his recommendations.

Esperienza fantastica: Very nice accommodation (very warm and clean with great cooking utensils), great meet and greet from the host, the map they give is amazing and the advice is superb. It would have been nice to have complimentary breakfast, but there is a supermarket, nearby. The laundry was easy and upon request detergent was available and the clothes airer was set up for us!
